Terrible company the worst one I have ever worked with
To Try and keep it short they doubled my bill for no reason
Even when my business was shut during lockdown
I still paid and then cancelled my contract which was in my rights to do so as if been over 12 months with them
The person I spoke to on the phone confirmed it was cancelled and her would be no further payments
Yet they didn’t cancel my contract and are now harassing me for further payments!
Rude customer service when you finally get through to them on the phone as well
