Awful service
Awful service, had no landline for nearly a week, attempted to report the fault via their website but get a reply, an error has occurred with the application, tried call back got a message this service is not available, spent all day trying to contact them by phone, spent over an hour listing to please be patient. we have lost hundreds of pounds thanks to Kinex, do not use this company, you will regret it!
