“As I mentioned in my previous post it was bought as I Christmas gift. I must say I have not seen my son so happy with a gift in many a year (he's 42) thank you. It is of good quality especially for the price. Thank you for the prompt delivery of the kilt, however I'm not able to comment further at this time because it was purchased as a Christmas gift. I will write a full review later.”

“This is my second review on the same purchase, simply because my better half disagreed with my opinion that my trews fitted and suggested I may need a larger size (the cheek!). Anyway I succumbed to her suggestion and sent the trews back freepost for a larger size, the process could not have been simpler and Rachel who kept me informed by email was very pleasant (and diplomatic) whilst agreeing with SWMBO about my waist measurement! The replacement trews were sent very quickly and without fuss and I must say they are very smart! Again the material is ideal and they are very well made looking much more expensive than they were! I can't really say much more but this company is providing a first class product at a very competitive price and the service they provide to their customers should be an example to others in this field and elsewhere. Well done, thank you and have a merry Xmas!”

“Got the five yard kilt, very pleased with it, and of course the absolutely stellar customer service! My only reservation is that the kilt is built to the specified waist measurement on the last hole in the strap, rather than the middle. This gives plenty of room for 'growth', but no margin for error should one fluctuate down in weight. Otherwise, outstanding construction! I've been pleased with all of my purchases from buyakilt/McDonald Sporrans - all great quality at a fantastic price.”
