“I had only ordered 2pairs of hose, which arrived NOT within the 48 hr window suggested, BUT actually arrived within 12 hrs of me going online to order, I was so impressed, that I felt I had to phone up and congratulate them for the amazing service, something that is seriously lacking in most companies today. I have bought most of my Highland Dress from this firm, the quality and service is second to none! As I shall be in Edinburgh for the 'six nations' I shall be looking them up to consider buying a jacket. Gordon Currie”

“Painless easy ordering. Size was too small. Replacement a size larger was ordered and refund very prompt when I returned the original. Good email communication on all stages of order and return stages. Only small niggle is I would have liked to have seen more of a wider range of troos.”

“Having located the company web site and the product I wanted and paid for the delivery arrived after 3 days, and is of excellent quality. One negative point I felt the postage charge was rather too much. But all in excellent service.”

“I found BuyaKilt.com on the internet after being let down by a company in Glasgow who promised to deliver the kit within 10 days. When I phoned BuyaKilt.com I need the kilt that day and was delighted to learn that I could pick it up within the hour and they would have it packaged and ready for me. The helpful staff also suggested that I pay online to help with a speedy process. The kilt is perfect, beautifully made and I was delighted with the overall service I received! Well done!”

“Ordered a kilt , sporran and socks from this website.Arrived two days later The kilt was too big for my 11 year old and I had ordered the wrong size sporran The staff were excellent and changed these for me with no problems They could not have been more helpful and goods arrived quickly.It was really great service and Mike in particular could not have been more helpful Good quality at good prices perfect for my son's school burns supper.”
