“Yes I received my order but I paid for next day delivery and I didn't get it next day. I wasn't happy about this and I missed the function I bought the kilt for.”

Hi Colin, What a shame we missed your function. I see we sent it next day courier but this fell over the weekend when the courier doesn't deliver. I'm sorry this meant you missed your function. “I've ordered multiple items and all have been delivered in a timely manner and quality was as good or better than expected. Sam & Amy are very responsive to questions and have been very service oriented. Even though I hail from California, I feel as if I'm dealing with the shop around the corner. “the quality of the kilt is very good with three belt/buckles so it looks the part. My only disappointment is the standard 24" length - 3" too long for my wee legs and too short for some no doubt. I know that the price does not cover bespoke but 3 lengths is not too much to ask I think. 22"/24"/26" perhaps? However - good material - nicely finished. Anyone know who can shorten a kilt for me?? Alan(short legs)Howe”

Hey Alan, Our Kilt Society Essentials kilts do have a standard drop of 24" They're finished with a hem rather than a selvedged edge so can be shortened locally if you can find someone there to help. Thanks so much for your feedback and for taking the time to leave such great feedback - Sam

“Hi i got my shirt on Sunday as usual perfect good fit and good quality as every thing we buy but what always impressed with is the staff they are so quick from placing the order to sending it .But the two people we have had contact with is Sam and Rachel they are a credit to any company they are stars Tio and Harry”

“I ordered the wrong size from the pick list and Sam was able to assist a change in size before dispatch. Possibly it's the time of year however the shoes were not delivered until Sunday. I did pay for Royal Mail 48 delivery. Thanks Michael”
