“First of all I'd like to say that the customer relations and connections were superb right from contact to completion ; including tracking of my order...and oh yeah ! ...........an early delivery! The fit of the entire outfit for my oldest son's upcoming wedding could not have been better if it was tailored on site. The quality and finish of the three fringe three belted and belt looped ancient weathered tartan kilt was magnificent and was wisely interrupted by customer service in an email query by their experience in sizing to correct a length problem. This was so very appreciated and so important to the final look. Overall, I'm delighted by the experience I had using this company and will and already have recommended it to my friends. I am no stranger to highland wear having competed as a piper in highland games throughout British Columbia, the U.S., and of course Scotland at the World Championships at Glasgow Green. “I must start with the outstanding customer service and customer care I received from everyone at Buyakilt. To describe it as outstanding doesn't begin to do it justice. All contact was highly professional but as friendly as could be at the same time. I felt valued as a customer at all times. In terms of the products I couldn't be more pleased. All the items are of high quality and have met or exceeded my expectations. The price was right as well. Buyakilt have themselves a killer combination going on here - outstanding customer service coupled with excellent products all at a reasonable price. What more can a man want. “I shopped around the internet and found buyakilt.com to have the best prices on a made to measure kilt. After waiting just shy of seven weeks my kilt arrived yesterday and it did not disappoint! This being my first bespoke kilt I was a little worried. All my worry was for not as my kilt fit great, the tartan was beautiful and the material and craftsmanship top quality! I am going to look great at my son's wedding in a couple weeks! I found buyakilt.com to be excellent in quality and service! I would not hesitate to buy from their company again! He did a review of a kilt he purchased from buyakilt.com and convinced me that it would be a good purchase. He was absolutely correct! Another bonus was the special code he shared. That pushed me over the edge to order. I was so pleased with the speed of delivery and delivery costs to Minnesota, USA. That was the first thing that made me happy. Then I tried my kilt on for the first time (not a kilt wearer before this) and that made me happy again. I have recommended buyakilt.com to my soon to be brother-in-law as we are planning on wearing our new kilts to our local ren fest... but for me it's not going to stop there!
