“I bought 3 kids belts and 3 buckles. They came all securely wrapped and arrived very quickly. One of the belts was the incorrect size so I sent it back. I emailed the customer services to explain and it was dealt with extremely fast and efficiently with a new belt in the post the next day. Lovely service and great product.”

“When ordering this shirt plan on going at least one size larger. I ordered xl 52-55" and the shirt came 51" I needed the shirt for renaissance festival had to remove the sleeves and have it altered. instead of mailing back. Also, unless I missed it, the shirt did not come with the lacing to tie the neck with as it is pictured. After reading the review Rachel and Samantha were very quick to respond to me about the size issue( within hours). They were most apologetic and quickly offer a replacement shirt even though I had already had the original altered. They also replaced the missing laces for the first shirt. I totally recommend buyakilt.com to anyone, their staff does the company proud! Thanks again ladies, I look forward to doing more business with you.”

“Excellent product (braces) which were much admired at wedding I was at over weekend, but more impressive was the service - emails monitored and responded to very quickly, you were flexible and got them delivered to me quickly and in time for when i needed them even though it was shorter than advertised slas (which are quicker than many o your competitors anyway!). Will definitely be using you for all my future tartan needs!”
