“Excellent customer support. By far the best I have experienced. The assistance with measurements that was given really helped to pick the correct sizes. My order arrived a few weeks earlier then projected. Which helped with the stress level pre-wedding. However a few issues with my order. One item was missing from the large order, was corrected straight away by CS. Also the dress shirt I ordered was an odd shape for my build, the explanation on shirt models / sizes by the CS was made very clearly and I was offered a refund for the product that did not fit. I highly recommend buyakilt.com , especially their customer support.”

“I already have four other kilts but felt it was time at my age to get a decent one with old army connections. I ordered a 5 yard kilt in Hunting Stewart and it was delivered on time and is a perfect fit. I am very pleased with the kilt. I had also ordered a music book by Gordon Duncan as it contained a tune I had been asked to play called Thunderstruck by AC / DC. The book arrived and I like the tunes in it but Thunderstruck covers 5 pages so the lady will be disappointed as I will not be learning that for a single engagement. The book was sent quickly and was well wrapped. Excellent service. Thank you”

“Superb service ordered items all efficiently dispatched within a few days. Two items missing from package which was rectified by Samantha almost immediately and received within two days. Top marks for the service and quick response to e-mails thoroughly recommend this online service. More than pleased with the kilt outfit purchased for a trip to the Far East later in the year. “The Service was prompt: I ordered Monday evening and the package was delivered to me ( in Germany!) by Thursday. The clothing itself was in order and worth the money I paid. What wasn't clear was how I would have sent something back if it didn't fit or was damaged. Otherwise no problems.”

“Very happy with my new Hamilton Grey Casual Kilt! Several years ago, while on a trip to Scotland, I purchased a black casual kilt on the Royal Mile, and ever since, I've wished I had bought several more during that trip. This new kilt, purchased through Buyakilt, is the same manufacturer as my black kilt, and fits great. I'm also amazed how quickly I received it here in the US....within one week from placing the order. My only wish is that kilt makers would offer a shorter drop. A 24" drop is too long for me, and it's quite pricey to have a kilt altered. Otherwise, I could not be happier!”
