“The customer service was beyond excellent and the sash I bought, to match my partner's high quality kilt, was perfect. I did not mind the extra wait time as I knew what I was waiting for at every step of the process. Simply amazing quality.”

Hi Michelle, Its so great to hear you are pleased with the sash, the US army tartan is just lovely and your sash is extra special made with cloth especially woven just for you! “Fast delivery with tracking option available. Package was smaller than expecting (good for cutting carbon bad for creases!) however the jacket was received in great condition. Very good value for money and would definately recommend.”

“Fabulous Service - we ordered kilt brogues for my husband to wear at our sons' wedding, we were able to get a wide fitting, but when they arrived were a little bit too big. We returned them straight away and within two days had received an email confirming that they had been delivered. We placed another order for a smaller size, and have received constant emails informing us of the order process, from Samantha on the sales team. Wehave since ordered kilt socks and belt buckles which arrived within 48 hours and are perfect. We will always use buyakilt.com when we need anything for any family occasion. Thank you”

“I was told in advance there would be a delay with my order because it was out of stock. A friendly representative emailed me every step of the way as the supplier delayed shipment. Overall I would say the customer service was awesome and when it was in stock, the jacket arrived overnight amazingly. Great work, and the jacket looks fantastic.”

“Everything arrived perfectly, I'm most impressed with the quality of your goods, and the price charged for them. I had applied to hire a kilt for my grand-daughters wedding up in Scotland in August from a famous hire company. They were going to charge £30 pounds more for 3 days hire than what I paid for your complete outfit. Then I had the problem of racing down home to England within 3 days to get it back to the hire company in time, or they charged you for the delay of return. If anyone reading this review is worried about the quality of the outfit don't as a retired quality assurance engineer on the oil rigs I found no faults at all. Thank you very much for my lovely outfit. Danny B. Crook Co Durham. PS :- I purchased the Irish tartan with the shamrocks on the belt etc. and where I'm going its ( Ranger Country ) so the evenings reception might be interesting.”
