“I still have not received my order and I made it 24 hour delivery as I needed it for that weekend it was order the 6th of November and its now the 19th I still havent received it.”

Woah Daryn, this is most unusual! I've checked on your order for you and it did leave us on the 7th of November with Royal Mail 24, whilst this is not a guaranteed 24 hours service it should really have been with you for now. The tracking shows that the sporran is ready for delivery, so I'll check with you again tomorrow afternoon to make sure that its arrived safely. - Sam

“Tell us what you think, huh? Well, I received the sgian dubh today and well, it is not exactly what I expected. In fact it is a whole lot more, good looking, well made and nicely presented. I shall have no reservation in recommending your product to anyone else wishing to stab someone. I'm teasing of course, it is to be a gift and I shall let you know how it is received. “The quality in materials & construction is very high. I live in Arizona so an 8 yard wool kilt is just not in the cards. I have 5 kilts from this company - I'm a happy customer!”

“Sorry, I hit the wrong button. Nothing went wrong - happy with the product and the service was very good. The only minor issue is the standard email that gets sent out - it told me my product had been shipped when I was due to collect it from the shop.”

“I initially ordered a product that was on backorder. The Kilt Society staff kept me appraised of delays with the product coming back in stock. When the timeframe for being out of stock was indefinite, the staff willingly refunded my money and helped me determine a similar product that was in stock. In every email the various staff members were friendly and kind. Customer service is excellent with this company. The new product, the luxury argyll jacket is very nice, and shipped very quickly.”
