“I ordered a kilt a few weeks before lockdown hit, I was emailed shortly after the begining of lockdown to let me know my order was on hold as obviously a kilt isn't essential in times like these, I was really happy with the way the kept in touch. The kilt was delivered last week and I'm so pleased, the quality is amazing and customer service was wonderful in getting the sizing correct. Would recommend!”

“Fast Service. The goods arrived in good condition as it is a gift for my son, we have to wait to see the fit. But as far I can recommend the service, I can not judge the quality until a few weeks/months. If it survive my son (how kill every trousers an shoes in a few hours or if lucky weeks) I think I will be buying more kilts at the society.”

“Very pleased with the belt buckle. But I must have put on a lot girth as there is a six inch gap in between the two points where the buckle fits so I will have to order another one when i get my new measurements. SLAINTE”

“The Brown Ghillies I received (Thistle Shoes) were amazing. Really high quality and they fit perfectly. I normally wear a 13 in US shoes size and I ordered 12.5 and as I said they fit great. I also purchased a brown military style sporran from Kilt Society that showed up at the same time. I love it. The sporran is well made, very thick leather. Came with a leather sporran belt which is a nice change from the chain.”

“Kilt arrived within 4 days, perfect fit, love the colours, will recommend to my friends. The kilt is ideal for the warmer weather as not too heavy, the pleats are good, 30 of them, excellent.”

“Excellent service! Very prompt and helpful staff. They replied to every message within a day! Great website made it easy to order everything I needed. Very fast international shipping! All of the items received in perfect condition. I am very pleased with my new made to measure black watch 5 yard kilt. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out since it was for me to take the measurements but it fits very well. I plan to order my next kilt with kilt society when the time comes. “The boots arrived before they were expected, so quick work by the Kilt Society, ordered late on a Friday night, arrived Tuesday, so next working day in effect. I have never bought boots online before, I like to try them on because I have feet size 10 width and size 9 length but these were exactly what I have been looking for so I took a chance. I have a Couple of size 10 pairs of work boots, a size 10 pair of walking boots, size 10 Shoes and Size 11 motorcycle boots. This brogue boot Is a generous size 10, presumably to allow for thick socks. On the first and only wearing of them so far, all day with standard summer cotton socks, they rubbed blisters onto both heels, but that is my awkward feet, not the boots which look well made and sturdy as well as smart. The fit can be sorted with heel pads. The leather laces with large tassels are not very flexible and require careful easing through the lace holes to get a good tight knot but my experience of such laces is that they will get more supple with age. Very pleased with these boots.”
