“Received my garters but not my hose and had to ring for my hose . They had not been dispatched and received 2 days later Regards Colin Dillett”

“A quality product, backed up by service and delivery, we bought parts of a Black Watch kilt and some other bit and pieces for my sons school leavers evening, in Kent that's brave thing, but as an Englishman who's also worn the same tartan, I'm certainly proud to have worn it to, he'll be using some of my kit but is looking forward to building up his own kit. We'll be back to you for the rest in due course. Thanks Barry Stevens”

“If only other internet companies would take a leaf out of this company's book. What a joy to deal with. Prompt service and customer care. This is the second time I've ordered. I started my son's outfit last year with a Braveheart tartan kilt. Not even I could tell it was off the peg and not pure wool so there's no chance the English could tell (my son lives down south but is obsessed with all things Scottish, 'cos his mum's Scottish). Everything arrived immaculate. This year, I bought the rest of the "lower half" (socks, flashes, shoes) and as an afterthought, went back and ordered a kilt pin set and they even saved me 2 lots of postage by linking them and putting both orders together. Now that's service. I ordered something from a totally different site the same day and I'm still waiting for my delivery 2 weeks later! I would reccommend buyakilt.com to anyone. They even offer to ring you if you're a bit stuck for advice. Top drawer! Jules Bruce Aberdeenshire”

“The trews are absolutely fantastic and I am very happy with them. I was a little nervous about having a bespoke item made via remote, but the measurement instructions were very clear and the team made a point of confirming my submitted measurements to make sure the trews would fit perfectly when they arrived; which they did :-) I was very impressed with the speed with which my queries were answered as well as the flexibility in accommodating my request for no side pockets. Also, when I mentioned I would be needing the trews for a specific date, the team put a rush on the delivery to make sure I had them in time. Brilliant.”

“Placed order on Tuesday and paid for express delivery (1day). One item was out of stock so order ended up not being sent until Thursday but I still didn't receive it in the promised 1 day express delivery time. The order was therefore too late and when I returned it I didn't get my express delivery fee refunded! Very disappointed.”

“I'd say it was fantastic to find and buy from buy a kilt ,com I recieved my kilt in record time tried it on and it is perfect so thank you very much for that and I will be buying again soon as I want a belt a buckle and a sporran and probably a shirt so I will be geting some of those next Yours Kenny Goldie.”

“Broweserability of the site is good, with different sorting orders which i like. sometimes it mignht lack a picture of a colour or something, but I dont think its enough to drag it down from top notch rating. Online and email support is fast and spot on and postage with email updates to orders keep you updated. Yeah this site is mint!”

“The kilt arrived very quickly, my question is: The waist size is 30 and does it only come in one length? Is it possible to get it in a longer length? My grandson is rather tall. Thank you Mary”

“The service was excellent and I received the order the next day. Unfortunately due to my error the wrong size kilt was ordered. I spoke to Samantha on the telephone and she was very helpful and explained to returns procedure. The kilt was returned and the correct size was received within 3 day.
