“Really quick shipping to Germany and usually good quality. Unfortunately is the size of the braemer jacket not the size I measured on myself. It’s definitely bigger than I expected. So it doesn’t fit and I had to send it back. And unfortunately it’s not possible to get a different size for the jacket and the vest. So I have the problem that the jacket fits and the vest is to small or the vest fits and the jacket is to big… Anyway; the refund was without problem and I got my money back immediately. Except the shipping cost. But that’s ok for me.”

“Came in last week, very pleased with my experience. Please pass on my thanks to the extremely helpful store man that I dealt with while at your warehouse. He was patient with looking for extra items for me, and the most helpful he could possibly be. A+ service from that guy ;) (Only negative was the messing around due to only being able to pay online and not being able to pay with card or cash onsite, which ment I had to wait for the additional stuff to be shipped to me, rather than taking it with me on the day) this being said, very quick to put an invoice together and organise next day delivery for me. Thanks again, Will highly recomend to all family and friends. ;)”

“Items have yet yo he delivered because they used an inferior delivery service … UPS … all they say is my packages are still in the pipeline without any explanation for the delay. Tried to call their international phone number, ended up with a person in the US who was totally clueless. The delivery carrier is incompetent and has no clue what customer service means. When you place an order, give a preference on the carrier service you would prefer.”
