“Cost and vest fit great . However ( and I hate to post this) all of the buttons just fell off on the vest as soon as I put it on the buttons on the jacket were also very loose . I had to take both to my tailor and have him secure them. Otherwise that my tailor said both garments were well made”

“Bought the Braemar jacket for my 22year old son. Lovely looking jacket and useful colour which will be suitable for day or evening wear. Very affordable first kilt jacket.”

“Bought a kilt hanger for my civvy kilt with a view to trying it with my military kilt and buying another if it was up to the job. Ordering through their website was easy and the hanger arrived a few days later. The hanger is certainly up to the job and I'll be ordering at least another 2 soon.”

“This was my second kilt purchase from Kilt Society, so I am obviously satisfied with the products and services. The kilt arrived in a triangular box - perfect for kilt shipping. The product was as expected: an economy product, yet pretty well made. I was disappointed that the lower edge was hemmed rather than selvedge, but other than that, the kilt was made better than I expected. Hangs well, has a decent amount of material. One important factor is that Kilt Society seems to have a very broad selection of tartans. This was a positive factor. The selection of accessories is also important, especially for matching flashes. Bottom line: For economical kilts and accessories, give Kilt Society a good look..”

“New kilt. Love it, #6 for me, but 1st from Kilt Society. Very pleased. Also purchased a pair of their Ghillie Boots several months ago! Other than wishing they came in wide sizes, they are my “go to” ghillies”

“Bought a belt from Kilt Society. It arrived in reasonable time, and is roughly as described. I didn't realise it would have "The Kilt Society" embossed on it but this is not a big issue. However, the adjuster is velcro, and it is already beginning to come off from the belt. Luckily this doesn't yet significantly affect the function of the belt, but when it completely detaches it will make it impossible to adjust, or indeed wear, the belt. I expect that it won't be long until I have to put a few drops of glue on it to keep it working as it should, and the long term outlook is not good. This is below the quality that I would expect for the price. I will probably buy from a different supplier when I come to replace this, which is unfortunately something I'm already having to consider.”

“The kilt looks great. The sporran was adequate but the kilt pin was inapable of piercing the cloth. The belt had one of the loops break at the rivet so is less able to hold the extra tongue. I would have preferred slightly better!”

“Thank you Kilt Society. I received the Clan Crest brooch and it is beautiful but thought that the packaging was a little disappointing! It came wrapped in piece of bubble wrap and card. It would have been nice to have received it in a nice gift box!”
