“(I'm french, so my english is not very good) The kilt anf all of the stuff is very nice, except the Sgian Dubh wich is not very good, I was disapponted when I look at it, I think it's bad quality (I toke the Celtic Serpent Sgian Dubh (SG007P). On the Brogues, it miss the small leather part on the laces of one of the brogues. Except those problems, I am happy of this outfit. Good continuation Nicolas Chabin”

“Not unsurprisingly, this was my first experience with buying a kilt online. The website is very clear and easy to use. That said, there were a couple of minor issues with the ordering. I was offered a ghillie shirt in a size that they didn't stock and the shoes I wanted were in stock on the website but I was subsequently told they would have to be back ordered. Initially I though that would be a problem but everything was rectified very quickly. Staff product knowledge came to the rescue. I was told the ghillie shirts are made large so the smaller size was appropriate... absolutely correct. Although I was told the shoes would have to be back ordered this appeared not to be the case and my order was very quickly despatched. My kilt kit arrived five days after I ordered it from the website. I bought the Budget Casual Kilt Outfit but I upgrades the shoes to the Classic Ghillie Brogues. I am impressed with the quality of the items for the price paid. Although inexpensive or 'Budget' they do not appear cheap. I've worn a few kilts over the years, from top quality woolen 8 yard kilts to the cheap end of the hire market. The kilt that comes with this kit looks and feels the part. The accessories just add to the package. The leather items look great! I bought this package for a couple of special parties I have coming up. As a Scot living in Germany it seemed appropriate. I can't wait for the opportunity to wear my kilt and to be honest, I'm considering wearing it on a night out... doesn't have to be a special occasion to be proud of your heritage, right?!”

“My experiences, in the past, with online purchases has not been all that smooth and carefree and with being in the US and ordering from the UK, I had much trepidation. There could have been a whole host of issues and complications. I have been amazed and pleasantly surprised with all aspects of this transaction. Let me enumerate. Most other websites either have no pictures of the product or very small thumbnails. Buyakilt.com has very large pictures and great descriptions of each component of the kilt outfit as well as very excellent prices. I was concerned with sizes but they have very good sizing guides and after I made a phone call to alleviate my fears, I was told that if there was any problem I could even return it. That is rare for an online site. Buyakilt ships with DHL and they provided excellent tracking information. My package was at my door within three days from the moment I ordered. Everything arrived in wonderful condition and exactly as advertised. The kilt actually surpassed my expectations. It was listed as a “budget” kilt but it has very good weight, is lined in the waist and uses real leather for the straps. From beginning to end of this transaction and from top to bottom of my new kilt outfit I have nothing but praise.”
