“I had an excellent experience making the purchase of a Kilt. It was done over the phone from Northern New York State. Samantha answered promptly and was very pleasant. She helped me to choose one and explained how and when to wear it. DHL delivered it promptly and I appreciated the little gift and the note. Now the question is " can I be seen in public wearing a kilt". LM.”

“A friend and I bought these kilts in anticipation of walking Hadrian's Wall in them. Kilts arrived in good time and provided a great fit. 84 miles later I can say the kilt was a great idea. Not only is it a comfortable way to hike, you also look truly amazing and draw the deep admiration of your fellow walkers. I regret some aspects of undertaking such a long walk, the kilt is not one. P.S. The number of people who want pictures will slow you down though.”

“1st class service had to send it back as I messed up on the measurement sent back post free and received the replacement all within 5 days top class company to deal with.”

“Good quality kilt, good weight to it and still has nice detail. Wasn't expecting it to as I bought the budget 8 yard kilt rather than the expensive one. Would easily use them again.”

“My kilt was bought for a destination wedding, as my 8 yard is heavy duty and too hot. The kilt that arrived (faster from Scotland than regular USA mail) was outstanding. Great value, great look!”

“To be fair, it is one of the cheapest sporrans you stock. It looks fine, but the closure popper is very, very difficult to close. We expect it will loosen with use. On the other hand the delivery was extremely fast!”

You are correct they will soften up over time with use but if you do feel that it is faulty please do send it back in to us for an exchange using our prepaid returns label. “I ordered a custom kilt for a wedding in July this year. I called to request the kilt be ready before 11th July. I received an email response 1 hour later stating my kilt had a completion date of 14th July, however, they spoke to the kilt maker who pushed it forward by a week. They also upgraded my order to next day courier delivery.l to ensure it arrived bef Re the wedding. The kilt arrived on time and was perfect. Excellent customer service and excellent quality kilt. Thank you :)”
