“The staff answering the telephone are always polite, make sure that your order is correct, and delivery is always within a speedy time frame. They will text with a delivery date so that you can make alternative arrangements, and the delivery guys make sure as to where you actually want your order. happy days, happy customer, happy staff.”

“Very polite staff take your order and the text the day before delivery is most helpful. As always the delivery was left clean and tidy. Neil brought our last order and was very polite. Cannot fault KGS.”

“KGS are a fantastic company. I’ve been using them for a few years for my horse bedding. Ordering is so easy. Customer service are lovely. Delivery always on time and when you forget to order and ring and it arrives before 8am the next morning. You can’t ask for more. Thank you to all your hard working staff.”

“KG Smith are always helpful delivering my coal as and when I need it. Friendly sales team when taking my order. The driver always follows the instructions left with the sales team as to where I want the coal stacked and it is always tidy”

“Popped in this morning to grap some bags of Oxbow to top up stores for Winter. Came away with a selection of fuels after speaking to a young lady. Its nice to deal with staff who fully understand the products they have on sale.”

“First order received today. My coal merchant of 20 years retired so had to find someone new. Reviews for KG Smith and Sons were good yet when I phoned I was still pleasantly surprised by the professional and helpful customer service and advice offered by Lorna. The price was fair, the account set up straight away and the coal came today, 2 days later following a text message the previous day and another on the day of delivery. The driver found us (which isn't easy), found the coal bunker when I was walking the dog and had half filled it as I got home. Really excellent communication and service which is rare these days. Five star service from start to finish. Thanks very much.”

“Such good service. Placed my first order late afternoon and it was delivered at 8am next day. Had a courtesy call from Mark half hour before delivery. Friendly and helpful delivery guys. Will definitely use you again.”
