“Excellent service. The quality of the coal is great - very little ash. After the first time the driver puts the coal into the bunker even though I am out.”

“As today the delivery man was cheerful and courteous . He was very obliging in placing the logs and kindle inside for example. Customer service over the 'phone is likewise good.”

“We purchased oval’s from you not knowing that when we rang the contact number it would be redirected to you rather than CPL at Rothersthorpe. The coal was delivered can’t complain about the service but the ovals had been smashed to bits, very few ovals in the bag mostly dross. Contacted CPL on the local number and had a delivery guess what they were oval’s with hardly any dross. I know who I will be dealing with in the future. I don’t know that by putting your name on the bag your are getting the rubbish left over but you seriously need to check and having dealt with both you and your wife in a in my previous employment I know you are above this.”

“Wow what a great Company! Excellent knowledge, great product and good prices. Their customer service is superb - my query was dealt with immediately and replacement coal was delivered by Cyril who loaded and unloaded his van in the pouring rain. 10 out of 10”

“Been with this company for 25 years, my hubby used them when he first moved to Northampton in 1966. They are well above a normal standard of service with great customer care, delivery and general service. Highly recommend and thank you for your excellent service.”

“Txt received day before about delivery, delivery driver great and friendly only gave 4 stars as would have been nice to have received a rough time of delivery as not sure what time of the day the delivery was coming. Apart from that will order again in the future as good prices.”

“The staff answering the telephone are always polite, make sure that your order is correct, and delivery is always within a speedy time frame. They will text with a delivery date so that you can make alternative arrangements, and the delivery guys make sure as to where you actually want your order. happy days, happy customer, happy staff.”

“KGS are a fantastic company. I’ve been using them for a few years for my horse bedding. Ordering is so easy. Customer service are lovely. Delivery always on time and when you forget to order and ring and it arrives before 8am the next morning. You can’t ask for more. Thank you to all your hard working staff.”
