“We purchased oval’s from you not knowing that when we rang the contact number it would be redirected to you rather than CPL at Rothersthorpe. The coal was delivered can’t complain about the service but the ovals had been smashed to bits, very few ovals in the bag mostly dross. Contacted CPL on the local number and had a delivery guess what they were oval’s with hardly any dross. I know who I will be dealing with in the future. I don’t know that by putting your name on the bag your are getting the rubbish left over but you seriously need to check and having dealt with both you and your wife in a in my previous employment I know you are above this.”

I’m pleased the delivery service met your expectations, but it’s disappointing to learn that the product quality did not. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. We do not knowingly supply damaged or poor-quality fuel and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can investigate it with our supplier and ensure this doesn’t happen again. “Ordered 3 bulk bags of kiln dried logs. Sent birch wood instead of slower burning oak or similar. No up front warning , discount or apology. Wont use them again”
