“A fast, friendly customer service which delivered a good looking product at a good price. The customized artwork was faithfully produced giving a pleasing item. Of the 250 keyrings ordered, a significant needed to have their link nipped tighter with pliers (squeezed together) to keep the fob attached to the ring, some having parted company in transit. Not a major problem in our case but a point worth noting for those concerned, however, this would not deter me from re-ordering.”

“Once I made the order it went through very smoothly BUT to try and make an order was difficult as the person on the end of the phone said someone would phone me back and they never did, I called about 3 times and gave up but when I came back to my computer that evening some one emailed me, then it went smoothly but I would have prefered to do it over the phone there and then and give my card details rather than mess about with emails coz you never know whether it goes through, much nicer to speak to someone and remember landlords are old school.”

“Prompt service at a very reasonable price. Web site was quite easy to navigate and allow uploading of the two images we wanted on the keyring. Quality of the printed results is good and the items are as expected. The only negative is that the triangular link between the plastic and the key ring is only fitted correctly, i.e. through the plastic, in about half to two-thirds of the items which results in the ring not always hanging or laying exactly straight.”
