“TRIED CALLING 5 TIMES AND NO ONE PICK THE CALL UP I DID LEFT A MESSAGE AND NO ONE CALLED BACK ALSO THEN RANG AGAIN NEXT DAY ! HER RAY ! SOME ONE PICK UP THE CALL BUT SAID CANT TAKE MY ORDER AS NO ONE IS THERE REALLY ? THAT S WHAT I GOT LOOKS LIKE I WILL HAVE TO SPEND MY MONIES ELSEWHERE”

“Impossible to speak to somebody in sales. One "doesn't take calls, she only emails", I ask for somebody therefore to call me back as my emails had been ignored for a week. I finally get an email for a quote assuming which product I want, with my questions regarding size and artwork being ignored. So unfortunately, after trying hard, I was unable to get as far as placing an order. You guys really need to sort your sales team out!”

Hi Tony - thanks for the feedback - unfortunately, due to un-avoidable circumstances 2 members of our sales staff were not able to work last week - as we're a small team of 5 our phone & email response was effected. I apologise for not being around to call you back and also for the unsatisfactory email response from the sales team. We're now back to our usual full team and full service.
