A fast, friendly customer service which delivered a good looking product at a good price. The customized artwork was faithfully produced giving a pleasing item.
Of the 250 keyrings ordered, a significant needed to have their link nipped tighter with pliers (squeezed together) to keep the fob attached to the ring, some having parted company in transit. Not a major problem in our case but a point worth noting for those concerned, however, this would not deter me from re-ordering.
