“Impossible to speak to somebody in sales. One "doesn't take calls, she only emails", I ask for somebody therefore to call me back as my emails had been ignored for a week. I finally get an email for a quote assuming which product I want, with my questions regarding size and artwork being ignored. So unfortunately, after trying hard, I was unable to get as far as placing an order. You guys really need to sort your sales team out!”

Hi Tony - thanks for the feedback - unfortunately, due to un-avoidable circumstances 2 members of our sales staff were not able to work last week - as we're a small team of 5 our phone & email response was effected. I apologise for not being around to call you back and also for the unsatisfactory email response from the sales team. We're now back to our usual full team and full service.

The company contact person was happy to make the changes we requested to the original draft and an amended version was swiftly provided. “A fast, friendly customer service which delivered a good looking product at a good price. The customized artwork was faithfully produced giving a pleasing item. Of the 250 keyrings ordered, a significant needed to have their link nipped tighter with pliers (squeezed together) to keep the fob attached to the ring, some having parted company in transit. Not a major problem in our case but a point worth noting for those concerned, however, this would not deter me from re-ordering.”
