“The feedback and support I had from Maylene was fantastic, always prompt and very helpful.”

“Once I made the order it went through very smoothly BUT to try and make an order was difficult as the person on the end of the phone said someone would phone me back and they never did, I called about 3 times and gave up but when I came back to my computer that evening some one emailed me, then it went smoothly but I would have prefered to do it over the phone there and then and give my card details rather than mess about with emails coz you never know whether it goes through, much nicer to speak to someone and remember landlords are old school.”

“The customer service was great. I had a price issue with the online basket so contact yourselves via the phone, the employee was very helpful and put me through to who I needed to speak to. From this I got the key rings I needed when I needed them resulting in not only me being happy and satisfied but my customer was also happy and satisfied! Will definitely use again, many thanks for the great, friendly but professional service.”

From the time I first contacted them to getting the design absolutely right and receiving the product I never felt for a second that they were treating me like just another customer. Whenever I asked them to change something on the design they always responded back immediately and were happy to keep changing it until I was 100% satisfied. As a result the keyrings are just amazing - the care and concern that Just Key rings makes you feel throughout the process is fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and this sets them way above the rest of the competition. Their attention to quality and detail is also evident when you receive the product.
