“I am using Juno's services for the last time. After doing a research I realized that they charge you about 10 GBP for international delivery whereas this service costs about 2 GBP. This is easily visible on Royal mail's website. Instead of using a tracked and secure service for a little above 7 GBP the guys from Juno charge you more for the delivery and earn extra of that. Now I have to wait about 5-6 weeks to get an order, instead of getting it in a week time. I totally dislike this unfair policy and will escalate further!”

“They make it as hard as possible for you to get a refund, you need to contact them to get a "returns number" but they never answer emails and don't pick up the phone. The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods, so these guys appear to do everything they can to avoid giving you the opportunity to return anything in the first 14 days. AVOID!!”
