I am using Juno's services for the last time. After doing a research I realized that they charge you about 10 GBP for international delivery whereas this service costs about 2 GBP. This is easily visible on Royal mail's website. Instead of using a tracked and secure service for a little above 7 GBP the guys from Juno charge you more for the delivery and earn extra of that. Now I have to wait about 5-6 weeks to get an order, instead of getting it in a week time. I totally dislike this unfair policy and will escalate further!

Scam. Ordered, paid, ain't got my parcel after 3 months. This is unacceptable way beyond the slowness of Royal Air Mail. Never again

Never reply to emails, and when they finally do it’s just an automated response, last three records I’ve brought from them have arrived warped, first one I took on the chin, then two more, send photo and all I got back was sorry for the inconvenience, doesn’t seem to matter how long you have been a customer and don’t seem worried to loose you,

Ordered Bob Marley Kaya SACD, received an SHMCD, big difference in the two formats as you probably know.l feel Juno records has been dishonest in the filling of this order!Sincerely Maribel.

They make it as hard as possible for you to get a refund, you need to contact them to get a "returns number" but they never answer emails and don't pick up the phone. The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods, so these guys appear to do everything they can to avoid giving you the opportunity to return anything in the first 14 days. AVOID!!

Awful company Happy to take your money but will take an age to short out a problem or a refund. The spotty arrogant teenager they employ on weekends to answer the phone is further destroying their already unpopular reputation. Do yourself a favour and pay the extra money for a product from a proper shop. JUNO SUCK

Ich kann mich dem allen nur anschließen. Hat 10% versprochen, nicht eingehalten und auf Nachfragen, nicht geantwortet. Ich wollte heute bei Punktofunkheaven in England bestellen und es kam der gleiche Text wie bei Juno Records mit dem gleichen Namen "Phil Parker ". Also ist Vorsicht geboten. Für mich ist das nichts anderes als "Betrug"! Null Punkte!!! Schade das ich 1 Stern vergeben muss,um eine Rezension schreiben zu können. Traurig das Menschen so etwas nötig haben. FINGER WEG VON DIESEM MENSCHEN!!!

I absolutely agree with the comments, customer service is just automated, no delivery of orders and no refunds, just think twice before shop @junorecords...

Do not order from this shop!! They are nothing more than thieves! I returned over £300 worth of equipment which they signed for on delivery 8 days ago now. They're acting dumb in my email conversation with them pretending not to understand what I'm talking about. Had to go down the route of opening a PayPal dispute which will more than likely take 30 days to get resolved. Disgusting way to treat customers!

Terrible Customer Service. I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks. No one answers emails, the phone is quite often not answered and when it is the team either say they cant help or provide information that isn't true. I will not be using again and I advise that you look elsewhere for your gear.

I could put up with a record going out of stock even though I ordered it within minutes of it becoming available. I could also put up with my payment being taken as well as all of my personal details. What I find unacceptable is Juno selling and honouring the same record on its eBay page. Mickey mouse and dishonest.

Don't let the good price fool you. If your package is lost or if you have a problem with what you ordered they will not response to your massages until you ask paypal/credit card company to intervene. Do your self a favor. Pay extra on some other shop that gives good service and deserve your money.

Juno is like the Amazon of record shops. Constantly fluctuating prices and bombarding you with adverts every site you visit. Also known to profiteer off limited releases. Don't buy off these crooks, support your independents!

Ordered 3 records 2 months ago, never received anything and no refound, when i asked why are they charging insurance, answer was that insurance was in case they send the wrong item. Will never Buy there again

All is ok with Juno ....... UNTIL something goes wrong . Customer 'service' is diabolical You will be met with sarcasm from a truculent and sarcastic teenager who answers the phone saying 'ello , alright ? .................then tries to argue with you . You know who you are - Harry Here is a comment on Harry's attitude from another review that perfectly sums it up - " Specifically speaking to Harry, he was so snide and rude, constantly interrupting me and speaking sarcastically at me while I was going through the return process " YOU NEED TO GET RID OF HIM WITH SOME ALACRITY AS HE IS DESTROYING YOUR BUSINESS REPUTATION WITH HIS UNBELIEVABLE RUDENESS AND BAD ATTITUDE

Bought a Tascam pro 24 and a Korg 55 drum machine. The Tascam had to be returned as l could turn it on. They changed it and sent me back another one. I bought both items at their showroom in Camden. As the zKorg box was open, l questioned if it had been used. They said they did not think do, but didn't have another. This was November 2019. IN June l sent the Korg back as it would turn on. They said they identified the fault and sent it to Korg for repair under guarantee. Korg received it mid July, and sent their prognosis to Juno. £189 to repair a £220 as new drum machine and £48 cost for returning it to me. As l get no reply from my emails to Juno, l phoned Korg and spoke to their repair department, who said if l declined the repair, they would send the drum machine back to my address free of charge. As if it went to z Juno, they might charge for delivery to me in Kent. Korg advised that if l went ahead with the repair, the part could take up to six months to arrive. So l will not be buying at Juno again as there is no customer support. Gary Strange

Ordered small electronic synthesiser which arrived with rust on the battery compartment I was asked to take photos and was contacted saying he couldn't see a problem and what was the problem. I replied RUST ON BATTERY COMPARTMENT and was ignored!!! Avoid as this isn't the first time I have had trouble and the have only used them twice!!!

Absolutely awful company. Lost a record that was limited release (only 100 would ever be produced). Spent four months sending me round in circles blaming covid and making every excuse under the sun. Finally they said "we'll credit your account" because they clearly don't know how to run a sucsesful eCommerce business. This record was LIMITED RELEASE. I desperately wanted it as its one of my top 10 records this year. Now I've can't get the record as its out of stock EVERYWHERE due to being a limited release. Avoid this company like the plague.
