“Service has always been good and have used you regularly and would definitely recommend you. Always on time and efficient. however at the last boiler service we was going to be quoted for some work to be carried out at it was dripping but I have not received that quote yet”

“After paying hundreds of pounds for a new pump not overly happy to pay hundreds of pounds again to replace the original pump when it had only been in for a matter of months”

We are really sorry to hear of your experience, unfortunately as you know the manufacturer would not cover you for a replacement pump and this is why it needed to replaced again after 11 months.
