I have bought this product as my daughter suffers with bad breakouts and this product looks really good so I hope it gives good results! However I’m very annoyed at the shipping costs, I own a very successful e-commerce site and we offer free shipping, and how can you justify charging over £15 for express delivery, £3.75 to arrive in up to 3 days, it’s a bit of a joke so let’s hope being ripped off on postage it clears up her face!

Dear Customer, you placed your order this morning. It will be shipped today by Royal Mail 24 Service. We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £20 and if you want to upgrade to Premium delivery then you pay £2.75 - If your order is less than £20 you pay an extra £1 - The £15 charge is for SATURDAY Special Delivery Only, this is the most Premium service that Royal Mail offers. As I spent £170 on three dermalogica products and I asked if I could get 20 samples as I was travelling around Thailand and it would be easy to carry, I got only got sent 4. I thought from the amount I had spent this would of been no problem how wrong was I. I won’t be ordering from here again as sites like beautyflash always give a free Gift with anything over 50 and are more than gernerous with their samples so will be going back there from now on.

We are very fair to each customer and make it very clear on the site that you will receive 3 free samples. This is to make sure that all our customers are treated fairly and that we can keep enough stock of free samples for everyone who buys from us to enjoy them, always. We would like to send as many samples as our customers desire, but we hope you understand that unfortunately, we don't receive infinite amounts of samples from our suppliers to give away. That we really mean to be fair to all and to each of our customers. We recommend travel sizes products for any trips. As samples are more for testing the products rather than for replacing them while you're away. We all buy from the same supplier and get the same GWP to give to our customers, we make the difference by being more competitive with our prices, by offering free samples, GWP and our professional but friendly service. The bronzer was all over the packaging and the refill container does not look like the one in your picture below, hence why the powder has leaked.

Dear Customer, we've investigated your case and sent a few emails with the tips & advice on how to insert the replacement into the original product that you can also read on the product page. This refill should've worked straight away, and you shouldn't have needed to manually decant the powder. We sell this refill on a regular basis without any problem. Unimpressed. Order didn't arrive and when queried, took several days for a replacement to arrive although I was assured one would be sent out straight away. Won't shop here again.

However, we're happy to know that you received our second despatched with the extra skincare samples added to your parcel as agreed with you in our communication. From our 14 years of experience, we know that when I parcel is delayed by Royal Mail, waiting a couple of extra working days is the quickest & safest option. Then, if a parcel gets actually lost in transit, which is very rare, we despatch a replacement by a Premium delivery at our cost to arrive ASAP. Delayed response to my order. Had to chase on the telephone and even then the order took 2 deliveries to be fulfilled! I’ll think twice before ordering with John and Ginger when I need more face wash. Not very ideal service !

Dear Customer, I am sorry that your order didn't arrive in the time you expected. We aim to despatch all orders on the same working day even when customers like yourself choose the free delivery option. Your order was sent in two parcels to not cause any delay. We do have a premium delivery option for customers needing their products in a hurry. There is a very small charge for this service, however deliveries do arrive more quickly. The order arrived quite quickly. However I ordered a 20ml bottle of eucalyptus oil but was sent a 9ml bottle but still charged for the larger bottle. I am still waiting for a reply from them to sort this out.

I ordered this cream to aid a skin condition I was suffering with so needed it ASAP. The cream however took weeks to arrive and when I tried to track down my order there was no trace of the order in my history. The only proof I had was my paypal payment.

Unfortunately, at that time the snow in the UK stopped many parcels getting to their destinations on time as many roads were too dangerous for the Royal Mail vans. Sadly the Elemis musclease oil I purchased I believe was old stock It had a stale oil smell to it , I did compare it with another at my local champneys and the smell was totally different I phoned to complain but was told I would have to return it at my Cost for them to check the oil I did not follow it through as it was too much hassle I won't shop there again after services sales rubbish

As you might understand, it's difficult to be sure that 100% of the products that we receive weekly are not faulty. It is very rare that a product is faulty, but it does happen. We regret the fact that it wasn't clear that you didn't like the smell because the product was faulty, as soon as we had more details, we offered you a free return and a refund, but we didn't hear from you after that.
