Lid was damaged and didnt get any free samples poor service

Dear Customer, sorry to hear that the lid got damaged in transit. You could've contacted us, so we could've done something about it. As you can see by most of our other reviews, we are very generous with our free samples. However, a mistake could've happened. Dear customer, I am sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your order. I can confirm that its has been despatched, although we do find that parcels to your country do take longer than normal to be delivered. I can see that you opted for our free delivery option so we are unable to track your parcel, it usually leaves the U.K within 3 working days, and even tracked parcels can take a month to 6 weeks to be delivered to your country. It will get to you, however its just seems to take longer to pass through your system in Israel. Customer services have also sent you an email. Thank you for your feedback.

Parcel has not yet been delivered...We are still waiting for the parcel..Since it was ordered through normal delivery option I can’t even track the order and the parcel has not been delivered yet..Very unhappy with this order.. I request you to kindly find out what has happened with my parcel and kindly get back to me ASAP... Thank u!!! Regards Smitha

Dear Customer, we're sorry your parcel hasn't arrived as quick as you expected it. Parcels going to India, and also to Russia, Brazil or Australia take longer than most other countries. We haven't received an email from you about this at all. We recommend you to upgrade your delivery service from the free delivery service to an International Premium delivery at the checkout, when you need your order to get there much quicker than what we show on our free delivery service details. I recently purchased a Kure nail polish online and when it arrived it was far more orange than I wanted. It is unopened and I contacted you to ask to make an exchange. I'm still waiting to hear back
