“Very speedy service, but the item that arrived was not quite what I ordered and I did not receive a response to my email querying it, which was rather disappointing.”

Dear customer, we are sorry that you ordered the wrong item by mistake. As we explained in our telephone call, the loose powder is not the same as the refill, which is why it wouldn't fit, however I am glad that you are still happy to keep the product that you purchased. “Item as described when finally received. Slight 'hiccup' in that initially it got lost in the post and hadn't arrived within the specified deadline. However, on contacting John and Ginger they immediately re-sent the item, which arrived within two days.”

“Hi, I have just received my order but only partionally.I only received one out of three candles and no free samples. Unfortunately THe Royal Mail did not leave my order outside my door as requested. Regards Thomas Andrew”

“I've only placed 2 x orders, both have arrived correctly packed. Some other companies that I order beauty goods from are a little quicker on delivery but the John and Ginger products arrived when they said they would.”

“The reason I have given a 4 star rating is because the packaging was completely battered when my parcel arrived. Even the product boxes.Obviously the fault of the delivery company.!!”

“Good prices & quick free delivery & all very efficient & reliable - all good. My only issue is that it's a shame & a bit annoying that the boxes that the products come in are always a bit battered because they are packaged in jiffy bags rather than boxes.”

“Products & cost are excellent but delivery took too long on this particular order. Usually items take 24 hours but in this case was nearly a week. Hopefully just a one off!”
