“Top class customer service. Needed a trophy fairly quickly (within 4 days). A quick phone call and I recieved the trophy the next day . There was a mistake in the engraving however. They were apologetic for it and again I recieved a replacement within 24hrs of reporting it, still within the deadline I initially needed it for. Would happily use Jackson trophies again.”
