The quality is first class & the photo's on the website don't show how lovely the crystal vase & wooden base are. “In my view the sign of a good company is when things go wrong and the customer service team care so much about making it right. Unfortunately due to a website description being wrong, it stated the medal diameter at 9cm and so when they arrived as only 5cm I immediately emailed. Alan gave me a call with the hour to apologise and offer to source replacements, unfortunately they could not find any so Amanda offered to replace with trophies and absorb the each cost themselves. I would have taken this offer but it involved arranging another delivery and collection time and my work life is a bit busy to get this sorted.
