“I am very pleased with the suitcase. It’s a lovely colour and very sturdy. I ordered it as mine was damaged in transit and I needed a new one to fly home with. My only “complaint” was that I ordered this on next day delivery and it didn’t come the next day. I called up and a really helpful girl sorted out the issue and refunded me the next day delivery charge there and then. Exceptional customer service .”
