“The arrangement I chose was absolutely beautiful, my friend in Australia emailed me with a photograph and messaged to say the aroma from the flowers filled her room. Very pleased with the service thank you Interflora.”

“Two weeks before a scheduled delivery date I asked for the delivery to be pushed out by 10 days. I received a confirmation that this had been arranged. The flowers were delivered on the original delivery date and will be dead before my relative receives them on the date I requested.”

“Arrived a day after the notification said it did. Chocolates I paid for were missing and the card only had order details not the greeting included. Emailed interflora and have heard nothing back. So disappointed especially as I’d signed up for another year old gold pass. Don’t waste your money with interflora anymore.”

“Ordering via the website was easy and quick. Especially as it saves contact information from previous orders if you ask it too. The recent delivery I sent was ordered, dispatched and delivered quickly and efficiently with good communication. The flowers were beautiful.”

“You took my order they didn’t get delivered till the next day! If it was not possible you shouldn’t have taken the order. My sister wasn’t there on the Saturday they were left with a neighbour till she got back from a weekend break. She was going to take them to my mum as she is in a home. I couldn’t change anything as you didn’t reply.”

“I am a returning Interflora customer. I recently placed another order with them to send some flowers for a special occasion. Their website is easy to use and they provide an excellent prompt service. My order was delivered promptly and I was advised by the recipient that the flowers were so beautiful and were exceptionally presented. I will always order any flower delivery's with Interflora as they are the best in the business. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Interflora.”
