I always send flowers from interflora throughout the year quite a few times birthday’s & Christmas & the reaction is they are so beautiful it really makes their day.

On December 23rd I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on December 24th to my mother’s residence in Enköping, Sweden. I received an email the same day (December 23rd) informing me that they had (already) been delivered. My mother confirmed that no delivery had been received. No SMS message phone call was received nor a delivery card left. I was obligated to ask for a refund - at first, I was told (again) that the flowers had been delivered. No proof of delivery was offered. Following my second email, an apology and a refund were received. Appalling service.

Thank you so much for delivering on time, didn't think with the home having no house number that my auntie would receive them on time! So thank you for the delivery in a timely manner! :)

I needed flowers by Boxing Day and your website stated that was possible then it’s going to be 7 th jan i gave interflora my order because i thought it would be professional I would be lying if i said I wasn’t disappointed

This is my second time using your service. I understand that sometimes flowers have to be substituted and won’t look exactly like the photo. But both times we were disappointed with what was delivered. The recipient was delighted but it wasn’t what we ordered. I would like to give feedback. On delivery day why not take a picture of what is being delivered and any explanation as to any differences

The speed of the delivery was great, however wasn’t impressed with the amount of daisies on the bunch of flowers for the amount of money spent, I will still use Interflora again, just thought it would look like the image advertised in the website. Below is the uploaded image of the flowers delivered.

I ordered flowers and a gift at the same time for the same person assuming they would arrive together. They didnt which was disappointing. The floral arrangement was beautiful.
