“Easy to order and the flowers were beautiful”

“O/N 505 829 373 01. Delivery on 6th November This was the first time I have been disappointed with Interflora. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like those in the photo on the webpage (vibrant Autumn Gift Box). To be fair the photo has now been changed and looks more like the flowers that arrived for my friend- BUT NOT like the flowers I ordered. I did not complain about this at the time because I was travelling overseas. Thankfully my friend did enjoy the flowers that were delivered- being unaware of the mistake. I will use Interflora again- but will definitely be cautious.... Mr. Tim Clark”

“i am still waiting to hear from Interflora as to there wherabouts of my order. You say that you do not have customer service people to speak to on the telephone and that everything should be done online as you get a faster service. that is not the case!! i placed an order last Friday 21 November with a delivery indicated on the order to take place on 22 November i am still waiting to hear from you. this is not the first time i have experienced this service with Interflora and quite frankly i don't think i will be singing your praises with anyone else that asks about Interflora. perhaps someone can look into my query and reply to me.”

“The flowers and local service was, in the end, very good. But I booked a same day delivery well before the deadline only to not have it fulfilled till the next day. Telling me after the order was placed in a "routine" email later in the day was unhelpful. Frustrated but ok in the end.”

“Flowers weren’t delivered on day I wanted, only used them as wasn’t able to go on that day, could have spent a lot less and took them the next day myself! The flowers were lovely apparently.”

“Interflora arranges for deliveries of nice flowers and very reliably. I use them quite a bit for deliveries to friends and family in Germany for special occasions. They partner with good local florists. I would recommend them based on my personal experience.”
