“Delivery service was perfect, however the flowers were very different and much smaller than the photo shown. As I live in a different country and it was for a friends 40th birthday I had hoped, for the price payed and coming from a professional florist that something a little more special would be delivered, it was a little dissapointing.”

“There were not many flowers used in the arrangement - lots of greenery to pad out. I have used Interflora for many years, similar bouquets and have always been good. When I saw it in person was very disappointed. I spent a considerable amount on this and it just didn’t live up to the website pictures. Next time off to M&S for a floral bouquet at half the price.”

“The wrong flowers were sent. I ordered pink and white bouquet with pink lily's. A bouquet with more autumn colours were sent. It was important for me to have the pink and white to match my mums funeral flowers. They were for my aunty as she could not make it on the day.”

“I found it very pleasing and reassuring to get a photo, by mail, of the bouquet which I'd ordered, taken on the doorstep of the delivery address (before the doorbell was answered, for reasons of privacy)! The exact time and date were shown so I could be 100% confident that the flowers were fresh and lovely and had arrived on time. Perfect!”

“I ordered the Autum bunch of flowers unfortunately the flowers received did not resemble the picture. My friend sent me the picture and it was difficult to see any fresh flowers in rhe bouquet.many thx Lian07919277786”

“Flowers were great. But I booked an AM delivery, flowers were delivered at 18.30. I did call the shop arranging my delivery at around 13.30 asking where my delivery was, I was told that this particular shop don't do AM deliveries.”
