“Ive been using Interflora for years without complaint however the latest order didn’t go so well. For transparency the order was made for same day delivery and the flowers and quality were beautiful. However there was specific ask to omit the Lily flower. Upon arrival that flower was predominant within the bouquet received. Whilst I do appreciate the added pressure of same day turnaround and sometimes things needing to be best endeavours how much does to cost to omit a flower? Someone could have contacted me to discuss but didn’t. Would like to offer an improved rating but due to the circumstances I ended up having to source flowers elsewhere for my friend and the entire experience was incredibly expensive and dare I say unnecessarily stressful.”

“Flowers from Welch’s Florist were poor. Dried and losing their petals. My wife was not impressed. Lot of money for a mediocre bouquet!”

“Little disappointed this time. I ordered flowers for a Saturday delivery and in the morning I received a call to inform me that the flowers I requested were unavailable and another bouquet would be supplied by the local florist. This was fine and acceptable however and few hours later I received another call stating no delivery drivers were available and it would now be Monday. This was very disappointing and frustrating but this can happen. The flowers were delivered, left on the doorstep, on Monday with very little water in the bag and although nice flowers not nearly as nice as the bouquet ordered.”

“Absolutely stunning xl boquet, delivered quickly the next day (order was placed in evening). The boquet had a lot of flowers in it which was wonderful as sometimes they're not as generous with them. Person who received them was delighted with them. so would order from them again, especially with mothers day coming up”

“Excellent customer service. I had a concern with the delivery of my order in Australia. This was not the responsibility of the uk site but they still looked into it and went above and beyond to give me confirmation of my delivery.”
