“Was really pleased with the smooth automation of everything, receiving a lovely picture of the bunch that was out for delivery and was impressed being able to see and follow the delivery. Im a florist in Australia so these touches were really nice. My granny was delighted. Thanks so much”

“Contacted soon after ordering to confirm a slight change in timings due to illness - this was fine. Flowers then delivered when promised. Confirmation sent to me too. Ordered Autumn Dusk bouquet which the recipient was really pleased with.”

“I’ve ordered the flowers for my wife. Same day delivery. Only to be informed few hours later that the florist haven’t got the driver available and the flowers will be delivered the following day ! That’s not good enough. I won’t be using IF never again.”

“Ordered some flowers for my daughter who had just undergone an operation as she lives in New Zealand and I live in the UK was important to me to let her know I was thinking of her.she was over the moon with them and that's what I hoped.Thank you.”

“Absolutely fantastic service thankyou. Last minute thought of sending some flowers that day. The team was straight on the case and delivery was very quick. I even gave the wrong house number and they sorted and delivered. Feedback from the flowers was they where perfect! Browny points for me, thanks to you guys 👍🏼”
