“Bouquet was beautifully presented lovely and bright . I was kept informed about the preparation, the florist that it was made by and by who and when delivery was to be completed by with regular updates , the flowers were delivered to the recipient within the time frame I had requested”

“As market leaders who have been around for decades, I think you have become complacent. Bunches are pretty but 7 flowers in a cardboard box for over £50 is expensive. Convenient but underwhelming.”

“The flowers and delivery were excellent absolutely no issues. But trying to order them through your website was both frustrating and annoying. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this to the point of where I was going to give up and try another company. It would let you get so far then wouldn’t progress any further. You’d have to then repeat the whole process again. It wouldn’t enable me to send flowers to the The person I’d saved from previous deliveries. I had to figure out a way around this which was to re type in their whole details again even though they were saved on your system. ??!! Something that should have been straightforward and simple turned into something frustrating and annoying. Please fix this or I will try another company. An hour wasted trying to organise some flowers is ridiculous. As regards the flowers themselves they were magnificent truly beautiful and mission accomplished in regards to making the person happy.”

“The flowers were lovely, just as ordered. The communication around delivery was excellent, an email giving estimated time so doe and then able to track delivery. The lady who delivered the flowers couldn't have been more pleasant. The flowers made a very important person in our family feel very special.”

“Flowers were left in full sunshine on a hot day, when there was plenty of space to put them in the shade. They lasted a day. Very disappointed. Flowers were nice though”

“Great experience. Lots of choice, easy to order and lots of optional extras if required. Ordered day before but needed to speak to delivering florist to arrange afternoon delivery after a certain time. They were lovely and very accommodating.”
