Main advantages are having a link to our own website, up to date calenders and the site being easy to navigate as an owner or guest. “We have been with Independent Cottages now for several years, and of all the websites we are on, they have consistently brought us excellent booking levels. We only advertise with sites that do not charge a (normally hefty) commission, and where guests book directly with the owner, and they do this job extremely professionally. The site is clearly designed and easy for guests to use, and as owners gives us lots of flexibility to change our tariff, photos and other information about our cottages easily. There is excellent owner support, friendly Sarah responds to email queries promptly - she was the only person from a website we advertise with, to phone to check it was really us when we changed our email address. Added to which, they keep their annual charges competitive - with a generous discount if you advertise a second property.”
