“As a property owner I have listed with Independent Cottages for a few years now. I always find their communication and support to be excellent, with very prompt replies to any emails I send. Added to this, I have received more enquiries and bookings over the past twelve months than before - all of which has been very helpful in the current climate of holiday letting. I have to admit I was dubious when the company was bought by the Snaptrip group a couple of years ago, but the small team friendliness and personal service still exists and long may it continue. Independent Cottages is an excellent platform for holidaymakers to deal direct with the owner and therefore find the best prices, as there is no large OTA taking a chunk of commission (from guest or host). As an owner, what matters to me is providing a personal service to my guests as well as ensuring they don't pay any more than they have to. Independent Cottages supports me wholeheartedly with that ethos.”

This enable me to have a conversation with them rather than having to wait until a booking is confirmed as is the case with some other providers. Very reasonably priced annual fee. “I have used IC for many years to advertise Amberley Bakery Cottages. The site is easy to use and the staff helpful. I have many regular guests and IC fills in the gaps. I have tried other sites in parallel with IC but no other site produced a worthwhile number of guests. I will continue to use IC.”
