“The Team at Independent Cottages are fantastic - I don't know how they do it, but they are consistently 2nd in terms of our top 'booking source' with first being 'repeat Guests/recommendations' - their attention to detail and advice, based on real time Market insights, on how to tweak Ads to achieve the best results is second to none. “I have used IC for many years to advertise Amberley Bakery Cottages. The site is easy to use and the staff helpful. I have many regular guests and IC fills in the gaps. I have tried other sites in parallel with IC but no other site produced a worthwhile number of guests. I will continue to use IC.”

“Having been letting self-catering accommodation for the best part of 50 years, I have tried many forms of advertising, including through an agent for a couple of years, which did not suit me at all. I really like the personal friendly contact with my visitors, and this is reflected through Independent Cottages, whose lovely staff really "get" this, and have the same approach. I get a steady stream of enquiries through their site, and several of my bookings have turned into regular ones. Highly recommended.”

“We came across this company when we had been rejected for renewal by a well known big Trip company at short notice. After careful analysis of the info, we went ahead and we are glad we did. The price was very competitive and we made the first years fee back in the first week. There has been a steady stream of enquiries (not all resulted in bookings but that's not their fault!). Looking good for the second year so far. They are very helpful and keep you advised of new initiatives in the difficult market. Recommended.”

“I have used Independent cottages for a number of years to advertise my holiday property on the Lincolnshire coast. They have always had my best interests at heart and their website is easy to manage. I have many regular clients who feel that they are not been asked for hidden charges when they book my property. The one off fee for the year means that I can budget more easily and if I have a query there is always a friendly ear at the end of a phone. That is important for older people like myself. Long may they continue to flourish”
