"I have been with Independent Cottages for a few years now. Before I list on a site, I always test it out as a potential guest, to make sure that filters allow my property and the special facilities that I offer are easily found by guests searching for somewhere new to stay. There is nothing worse, for example, than having to read numerous properties' details only to find that they will not allow your dog to stay. \r\nOn first subscribing to the site, my advert was quickly produced to a very high standard. Since then, any emails to Sarah have been answered promptly and I have received great support without any delays. \r\nThis site fills a gap in the market as guests do not pay the extortionate commission charges and booking fees that most other sites charge either covertly or overtly. As an owner I can read the news information provided by Sarah for us which is very useful. I also have sufficient access to modify and update my advert. I regularly receive bookings from the site, and have used it myself to find properties to stay in. "

"Absolutely delighted with the customer service from Sarah, enquiries & bookings received. I have been with Independent cottages for over 3 years and found it excellent value for money. The yearly subscription fee is less than the commission I would pay on just one week booking via an OTA.
