“Compassion, patience and care was above and beyond. A personal and dedicated service. From the first initial call right the way through till the end, Matt and the IMOL partners we encountered along the way were none other than first class. Honestly cannot thank you all enough for making this process as easy as it possible could be, and honouring my mum with the respect and care she deserved. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.”

“A first class service. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Matt and everyone at In Memory of Life that has had a hand in the arrangements and delivery of mums funeral. This has been the most difficult time for our family with unimaginable pain. Matt and his team have been first class in their service - they have all handled all aspects of the arrangements with sensitivity and care. We dealt with Matt the whole process through - he was very compassionate and sensitive throughout. Communication was excellent, Matt was always on the end of the phone, zoom or email as and when needed, information was communicated quickly and thoroughly throughout. They have met all our requests (going beyond at times) and worked with us with great flexibility and time to ensure that we were able to give mum the service that she so deserved. A massive thank you to the In Memory of Life team - please pass on our appreciation and thanks to all that were involved.”

“We communicated with Matt throughout our funeral arrangements. It wasn’t the most straightforward funeral with a very bespoke element to it. Matt was available via a quick text or discussion any time of day, night and at the weekends. IMOL is a young business but Matt shows the maturity and ‘experience’ of that as a representative of a long established one. He was able to pitch empathy and thoughtfulness at just the right level . We would definitely recommend them. Our thanks to the rest of the team too!”

“Matt, and everyone at In Memory Of Life provided an excellent and caring service when I needed them to help arrange my Uncle’s funeral. They were available at all times of the day and evening, 7 days a week when I needed to ask a question or get advice. “During this very emotional time the staff of In Memory of life were sympathetic and supportive giving advice and guidance as necessary and making all practical arrangements impeccably. “I cannot express my gratitude enough for this amazing company. They have shown nothing but compassion, respect, kindness and professionalism throughout my dealings with them. From the first point of contact with Matthew to the day I received my uncles ashes 2 days ago, every person I have spoken to from In Memory of Life has carried out their business with dignity and respect. The staff have made a very difficult time as seamless and stress free for me as possible and I appreciate the care and most amazing customer service they have provided me. And not to mention we are in the middle of a pandemic, In Memory of Life did not let this effect the care, empathy and standard of service they delivered! Thank You from the bottom of my heart.”

“Matt and the team handled my Aunt's funeral with sensitivity and professionality. In the current Covid situation, we suggested a way of running the funeral online which was somewhat new, not only for people to be able to watch online, but also to allow them to participate online and have some time to share memories together afterwards. In Memory of Life embraced this idea and made it happen. It was a beautiful service, and all the practicalites around the arrangements were made very easy. I and my family are very grateful.”

“In just a few words, I felt well supported and felt comfortable with all the help offered to me. I must say my uncle have had a wonderful send off, in spite of the lockdown due to the virus, we were able to exercise due care and distancing for all attendants to be safe as can be. “The death of a loved one is a difficult time made even harder by COVID however Matt and the team were brilliant and really helpful. Mum had a really lovely send off. The motorcycle hearse made the day even more special and Rebecca from Daisy Chain Celebrant services and Martin made sure everything ran smoothly. I can’t thank everyone enough.”
