“From the first phone call,I felt empathy and calmness. As I have never had to organise a funeral before,the process was overwhelming for me. I felt reassured and the next steps were explained to me.Memory of Life took care of everything,understanding how difficult it is to be able to make any kind of decisions when you are grieving. “They took great care of my husband for me,they were polite and respectful. Also my husband was a big Arsenal fan and Grant and his team decided that they would wear a red tie because of him being a arsenal fan and a mark of respect , and me and my family thought that it was a nice thing of them to do for my husband.i can't thank them enough and made it a bit more bare able.thank you.”

“In Memory of Life provided us with a caring and professional service throughout. They communicated clearly with us and any telephone queries we had were answered promptly. On the day the funeral went very smoothly and both the funeral conductor and chaplain were excellent. We would highly recommend In Memory of Life.”

“With every interaction initially with Megan and then Emma who arranged the rest of the funeral was kind, compassionate and clear. Every phone call, where a lot was discussed, was followed up with an email that was clearly laid out so I could easily see and remember what had been covered and what needed doing. There was also a good amount of communication- not too much, not too little. Donna, the funeral conductor at the actual funeral was also brilliant- very kind and checking details with us to make sure we were happy with her suggestions about where to place the coffin. Lastly, I found the cost of what In Memory of Life offer to be very reasonably priced compared to what other funeral companies offer. Possibly because they don't have a high street presence but I did not find this to be a problem at all. There is a place in Bromley where you can visit your loved one, if you want to, before the funeral.”

“My deceased sister joan had selected a package with In Memory of Life with the assistance of her neighbour, who was helping to look after her. On Joan's sad passing, the handling of her funeral fell to me, my partner Beth and daughter Jasmine. We we more than daunted at the prospect of all that needed to be done, especially while grieving and also happening to live 300 miles away. We had no need to worry. As soon as we spoke to our contact at In Memory of Life it was made clear to us that almost every necessary action would either be fully taken care of by them or our hands would be held and guided through those few decisions that needed to be confirmed by ourselves. Our main contact at In Memory of Life, who was allocated to look after us throughout the whole process, was Tali. She gently led us through every stage, from obtaining Joan's death certificate, to booking the crematorium, arranging someone to lead the service, talking us through decisions on the order of the service with our choice of speakers and wonderful music accompanied by a sequence of pictures of my sister thoughout her life being shown of the large screens, producing a beautiful order of service booklet together with an online page for Joan on which we could write about her life and any of her friends could leave condolence messages and from which friends who could not attend the service could view the webcam of the service live and then download a recording if they wished. The culmination of the all embracing and comforting attention we received from Tali and all at In Memory of Life was the most beautiful and moving funeral service I have ever attended. Tali also helped me arrange a lovely wake for my sister at a perfect venue and finally organised for me to easily collect my sister's ashes from the crematorium at a convenient time the following day. Tali and In memory of Life made a potentially very stressful and upsetting time so easy to navigate, leaving us the room to grieve and know that my sister was getting the most beautiful funeral possible, and I would like to thank them and say that I cannot imagine how the attention we received from them could ever be bettered.”

“The whole team were extremely helpful, and kind, especially Holly - nothing was too much trouble, she liased with me about everything,- every aspect of my brother Davids funeral. It was a really special day all made possible by the team including Donna at the crematorium, she went above and beyond for me, I can’t thank her and Hollie enough along with the rest of the team, they are really special people, they made this extremely sad occasion a very special occasion for all of us. “I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for the care, support and compassion Harriet and Rebecca provided during the arrangement of my father’s funeral. Everything that they offered and provided from the communication with me to providing the celebrant to taking care of my father was outstanding. They made a difficult time more manageable without having to worry about the arrangement of a funeral, they took care of everything without that worry and stress. Thankyou again to In Memory of Life for everything, I greatly appreciate everything you’ve done. As a funeral directors they are highly recommended.”
