“I was a first time buyer and of course i'll be buying again from these guys. I rang a couple of different companies as the price on the product I was buying was the same, so I wanted to find out what service I was going to be getting. The other companies just said "we can't do anything on the price so that's kind of it really" but when I rang Identipro the first lady I put me straight through to Dave who was the specialist on the product I was buying, I got a full explanation on the product and different packages that goes with them, I found this very useful. Very Good just does not say enough for the service i got from Dave, i think Perfect suits better in my case. Thanks again Dave and will be in touch for my refills ;-)”

“From the first telephone call to Identipro I felt reassured and confident that I would be ordering from them. Dave Johnson at Identipro was extremely helpful and communicated his knowledge well. With his help we purchased the product that was right for us. We ordered on the Friday and delivery was made on the first working day after a Bank Holiday.”

“I needed some particular pipe markers that I could not find on anyone’s shelf, rang Identipro and found them very helpful and easy to talk to, ordered what I wanted on the Monday Dave told me that they would have them by the end of the week he called me to let me know they had arrived on the Friday morning were posted that day and I had them in my hand on the Saturday, would certainly recommend them and use them again.”
