“From the outset of the enquiry through to completing the order we could not have been treated better. The information provided was straight to the point and explained in a very professional manner. When I collected the equipment I was shown how to operate the equipment in great detail. As for the equipment it is so easy to use with professional finish to the labels. It is so versatile we will not require another labelling machine for the foreseeable future.”

“I ordered the Brady BMP51 from Identipro.co.uk as they were among one of the cheapest on-line. However it was their delivery timeframes that drew me to using them, and believe me I was not disappointed. Ordered on a Monday afternoon and received on the Wednesday morning (Result!!). You also receive great e-mail communications covering account details and information regarding delivery status. I would highly recommend Identipro.”

“Ordered a label printer and got delivered the next day. Given efficient advise on which unit and labels to purchase. Got confirmation when it was dispatched and provided with tracking information, the company also called to notify me that t had been delivered to ensure that I have reveived the parcel. “Excellent service from initial enquiry to purchasing a new Brady printer system, Identipro came to our site to give a full demonstration of the product we were interested in which made our decision to purchase very easy and quick. Identipro then completed a full system installation and tested so it left our company up and running with no lost time or worries about configuration or set up.”
