“I needed this urgently and didn't realize that it was 2-3 days delivery even though it did say it very clearly on the website - i should pay more attention; however without prompting Dave Johnson called me to ask if I realized this, when i stated that i didn't he offered to part ship the printer and labels and the other parts to follow on - what a life saver. I can highly recommend identipro for their customer service Martin Watson (Mardix switchgear)”
