“Excellent. I had a quotation from 14me, they followed up with a phone call, and didn't pester me to sign up. When I contacted them to take out the insurance, they were efficient, thorough and quick. And for the first time ever, I was notified not only that I was being recorded, but that the recording was paused when I gave my credit card number. Very pleased. The documents all came through by email very quickly the next day.”
