“I have used i4me for 4 years this renewal will be my 5th year. They are a superb company to deal with and during Covid I had one claim as people could not use my holiday premises. There was a quick response to my claim and they paid out with no problems at all. They do what they say they will do without flinching. My insurance went up after Covid but now it has reduced the last two years. You can’t get better or fairer than that! Well done i4me, great product, great team delivering the service.”

“I received a gentle written reminder that my insurance renewal would soon be due, then a friendly phone call a week before the expiry. I made my payment, forgetting to add my policy number. A quick phone call, and my mind was put at rest by a kind, understanding young man who told me he would check my payment had gone through for the correct policy and phone me back immediately if it hadn't. Otherwise I would receive an email receipt within a day or two. This duly happened, leaving me feeling that I was being really well looked after as a customer. A service that just couldn't be better.”
