“OK service. Very efficient. Lacked the personal touch that reassured me that I was making the right decision. Not particularly tailored to my needs and didn't really make me feel overly confident that all was covered - just said it was my responsibility to wade through the small print.”

“Impressed with the ease of setting up my holiday home insurance. Easy to understand terms and conditions- read out in a clear uncomplicated manner. Sales person knew their product and which would suit me best. I received good strong customer service presented in a friendly professional manner. All said with a confident manner- as if to say "we'll look after you in any event" - very reassuring. Price was competitive. I've recommended to others.”
