“The broker was extremely helpful; giving me information on aspects of insurance cover of which I was unaware (having never claimed) and a valued insight into any possible claim I might make in financial terms in the future. This helped me re-assess and enabled me to accept the renewal.”

“I chose i4me because it is based in Norfolk where the insured property (holiday chalet) is located and we like to support local businesses. Initially the premiums were half that of my previous insurers, although they have been creeping up rather rapidly since. Customer service is second to none, with advisers always businesslike but also friendly and chatty.”

“Online quote was super easy, allowed us to put in our mailing address abroad which for some reason other insurance companies don't allow you to! We got our questions answered very promptly following obtaining our quote and the whole process was very painless. Thank you!”

“Quick to respond to queries, friendly customer service colleague who was willing to see if my 3rd year premium could be adjusted to reflect customer loyalty (& he managed to reduce my premium slightly!) “Not the cheapest insurance, but very flexible (especially if you're an Airbnb host). Online process for getting quotes is very user-friendly. They were also very responsive when I found a cheaper quote elsewhere: they explained why and also agreed a discount.”
